The individual seller of Solo Creator Packs (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share personal information when you visit our Site or purchase the Solo Creator AI Workflow Pack (the “Product”).
By using the Site or completing a purchase, you agree to this Policy. We may update it periodically; material changes will be noticed as described in Section 13.

We may aggregate or anonymize data for statistics. Such data cannot reasonably be linked to an individual.
We do not send marketing newsletters unless you separately opt in later; if we add marketing, we will update this Policy and provide an unsubscribe path.
The static Site may use strictly necessary cookies or similar storage required by the host/CDN for HTTPS and basic delivery. We do not currently set marketing cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
We do not sell your personal information, including as defined under laws such as the CCPA.

We currently send only essential service messages (order confirmation, download help, refunds, material policy notices). If we later send optional marketing, you can opt out via unsubscribe links or by emailing support. Opting out of marketing does not stop essential order/security notices.
Our Site host, email provider, and payment processor (Waffo Pancake) may process data in regions including Singapore, the United States, or other locations where they operate. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as contractual clauses used by those providers.
The Product and Site are intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
The Site may link to third-party services (including Waffo Pancake checkout). This Policy applies only to data we control. Review third-party privacy policies before use.
For material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date on this page and, where we have your order email, provide at least 15 days’ advance notice when practicable. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
